2013 Toyota Avalon Concept (Tuned Version) Headed to SEMA

Toyota has just made a very exciting announcement; this is not about future cars or electric vehicles but about the new Avalon sedan that will go to SEMA later this month. Japanese automakers have prepared three tuned versions of the 2013 Toyota Avalon concept to debut later this month at the 2012 SEMA Show. Interestingly, one of the Avalon tuned version was also developed by Toyota Racing Development (TRD).

The first concept comes with the 2013 Toyota Avalon TRD Edition is powered by a supercharger 3.5-liter V6 engine, but unfortunately, there is no information about the horsepower produced by this car. Built by Toyota Racing Development, the 2013 Avalon TRD Edition gets some new equipment to improve the handling such as, suspension package and big brake system with six-piston (front) & four-piston (rear) calipers.

Outside, Toyota Racing Development (TRD) provide interesting touch with burgundy shade on the exterior, complete with tinted taillights, color-keyed grille and dual exhaust with polished mufflers. In addition, the Avalon TRD concept also benefits from new 19-inch wheels with Michelin tires (225/40R19).

2013 Toyota Avalon TRD Edition

For interior, you will find some interior features such as a red stitching touch on the instrument and door panels, seats red stitching and accent piping, JBL GreenEdge surround-sound system and more.

2013 Toyota Avalon HV Edition

The second concept, Toyota will bring the 2013 Avalon HV Edition which has been based on hybrid models. The second concept is equipped with 19-inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport (225/40R19), JBL GreenEdge surround-sound system with 15-speakers, hybrid-blue headlights, turn signals and bright white with electric blue for exterior paint color. Meanwhile, the 2013 Avalon HV Edition will use the suspension and braking system from the Avalon TRD version.

2013 Toyota Avalon DUB Edition

The last concept built by DUB Magazine and the car gets an attractive touch from dominant black color on the interior and exterior. In addition, the 2013 Toyota Avalon DUB Edition will get some features that include a big 22-inch TIS wheels with matte black finish, Pirelli tires, JBL audio system, full black paint and more.

The 2013 Toyota Avalon Concept will land at the 2012 SEMA Show later this month, starting on October 30. You can see this concept car at the Toyota booth along with some other Toyota models.
